Depending on the support of surrounding teeth, Dr. Sambursky can recommend different types of the bridges. A bridge can be bonded onto the teeth. This is sometimes called a Maryland bridge. Another type of bridge is cemented in with fluoride release cement. You could be a candidate for a removable bridge, which you can put in and out yourself. An implant bridge may also be an option for you. The implants are placed, an abutment is attached to the implant, and then a crown is cemented on to the abutment.
